I wouldn't have been able to have my mole removal anywhere else due to the safety I find at Prana. I know Mrs Preety as a very kind and polite woman always taken good care giving personal attention to her clients but she impressed me with her generosity as well. She assisted me in having it extracted by a very good plastic surgeon and didn't charge me for the earlier procedure. I couldn't imagine any other salon doing such a gesture for me
